Specific instructions for YouTube Statements

YouTube CMS

YouTube provides multiple financial report formats. Only specific report versions and scopes are compatible with Reprtoir and must be downloaded correctly from the YouTube CMS interface.

Follow these steps carefully.

1. Log in to your YouTube CMS.
2. Open the “Reports” menu.
3. Go to “Financial Reports”.
4. For advertising revenues:
   • Select “Ads Revenues”.
   • Choose “Version 1.1”.
   • Download the Asset report.
5. For subscription revenues:
   • Select “Subscription Revenues”.
   • Choose “Version 1.1”.
   • Download the Asset report.

The files are now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
