Specific instructions for BBTV Statements

BBTV statements frequently contain incomplete or missing identification data at the line level.

In particular, BBTV may omit one or more of the following elements on certain lines:

• Video identifiers such as YouTube ID
• Track identifiers such as ISRC
• Asset titles

When these identifiers are missing, Reprtoir cannot reliably identify the corresponding asset. As a result, these statement lines cannot be processed automatically.

Important processing limitation

Lines without sufficient identifiers are ignored during processing, as they cannot be matched to any Track or Video in the catalog.

This behavior is intentional and prevents incorrect attribution of revenues.

Recommended action

Before importing BBTV statements, you must contact Reprtoir support to review the file structure and determine whether the statement can be processed reliably.

Do not attempt to manually adjust or guess identifiers, as this may lead to incorrect royalty attribution.
