Specific instructions for SPPF Statements

SPPF (Clips)

SPPF (Clips) statements contain additional rows and columns that must be removed before importing the file into Reprtoir.

Follow these steps:

1. Rename the file extension from “.xlsb” to “.xlsx”.
2. Open the XLSX file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
3. Delete the following rows:
   • rows 1 and 2
   • the last row containing the total values in column “AC”
4. Delete the following columns:
   • columns “B” and “G” (“Code / Id.”)
   • columns “C”, “Q”, and “T” (“Nom ou Raison sociale / Individual or Legal Entity”)
5. Save the file in XLSX format.

The file is now ready to be imported into Reprtoir.

SPPF (Retenues)

SPPF (Retenues) statements contain additional rows and columns that must be removed before importing the file into Reprtoir.

Follow these steps:

1. Rename the file extension from ".xlsb" to ".xlsx".
2. Open the XLSX file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
3. Unhide row 3.
4. Delete the rows 1 and 3.
5. Delete column "A".
6. Save the file in XLSX format.

The file is now ready to be imported into Reprtoir.
