Specific instructions for Identifyy Statements

Identifyy

Identifyy delivers Master and Publishing royalties in a single Excel file, split across different tabs. These revenues rely on different asset scopes and must be processed as separate Royalty Statement Incomes.

The file must therefore be prepared before import by exporting each tab separately.

Follow these steps carefully.

File preparation

1. Open the Identifyy Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Locate the tab containing Master royalties.
3. Export this tab alone as a CSV file.
4. Locate the tab containing Publishing royalties.
5. Export this tab alone as a second CSV file.

Once both CSV files are prepared, they are ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir

Processing in Reprtoir

1. Create a first Income using the Identifyy Master statement template.
2. Upload the CSV file exported from the Master tab and complete the full processing flow.
3. Create a second Income using the Identifyy Publishing statement template.
4. Upload the CSV file exported from the Publishing tab and complete the full processing flow.

The combined Net Amount of both Incomes must exactly match the total amount received from Identifyy.
