Purpose of the Final Review Step

The “Final Review” step presents the final results of the calculation.

It allows you to assess the outcome of the processing.

What happens during this step

Reprtoir displays a final summary including:

• total statement lines processed
• lines included in calculation
• lines quarantined or excluded
• calculated amounts versus excluded amounts

No recalculation occurs at this stage.

What the user should pay attention to

You should verify:

• that the number of processed lines matches expectations
• that quarantined lines are acceptable
• that final amounts are coherent with the source statement

If results are not acceptable, reprocessing may be required.

Relationship with Other Steps

Final Review is the last step of the Royalty Statement processing workflow.

All subsequent actions rely on these results.
