Specific instructions for Demon Music Group Statements

Demon Music Group

The Demon Music Group statement is delivered in spreadsheet format and does not clearly distinguish between Album level and Track level sales in its default configuration.

To allow Reprtoir to correctly identify and process these sales, a manual adjustment is required on the configuration column.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Locate the column named “Configuration”.
3. Filter the rows where the value is “DIYT”.
4. For each filtered row, check the “Product Code” column:
   • If the Product Code is a UPC, replace “DIYT” with “DIYT-A”.
   • If the Product Code is an ISRC, replace “DIYT” with “DIYT-T”.
5. Save the file in the same format as the original file.

This adjustment allows Reprtoir to correctly distinguish Album sales from Track sales during processing.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
