Delivering to The Orchard
The Orchard (Manual Packages)
Releases delivered to The Orchard through Reprtoir use the Manual Package workflow. You must already have access to The Orchard Workstation and be affiliated with The Orchard as a distribution partner. Reprtoir generates a ZIP package containing all metadata, artwork, and audio files formatted according to The Orchard’s ingestion rules.
Important NoteThe information on this page reflects the latest ingestion rules and bulk upload formats provided by the Distributor. Although Reprtoir maintains these guidelines with great care, Distributors may update their metadata requirements, templates, or ingestion systems at any time without prior notice.
Always review the imported data carefully in the Distributor’s dashboard after uploading your package. You are responsible for ensuring that all metadata, artwork, and audio files appear correctly before finalising submission inside the Distributor’s interface.
