Specific instructions for EPM Statements

EPM

EPM provides statement files without column headers. These headers must be added manually so that Reprtoir can correctly map and interpret the data during import.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the XLSX file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Delete any empty columns.
3. Insert one new row at the top of the file.
4. Add the following column headers in row 1, respecting exactly the order and spelling:

5. Save the file in CSV format, without changing delimiters or encodings.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
