Distrokid statements must be exported using a specific report type to ensure that sale dates and transaction details are compatible with Reprtoir’s processing logic.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Distrokid back office.
2. Go to the reports section.
3. Select the report type named “Sale Date”.
4. Export the report file.

No additional modification of the file is required after export.

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
