Specific instructions for Feiyr Statements

Feiyr statements may include an optional export setting that alters the file structure and prevents correct interpretation during import.

To ensure compatibility with Reprtoir, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Feiyr account.
2. When exporting the statement, disable the option labeled “insert date”.
3. Download the statement file without this option enabled.
4. Do not open or modify the file after download.

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
