Music Reports

Specific instructions for Music Reports Statements

Music Reports statements are delivered as Excel files containing multiple tabs. Reprtoir cannot process multi tab Excel files directly. Each relevant tab must be exported separately as a CSV file.

Follow the steps below depending on the report type.


Music Reports (Amazon Cloud Player)

  1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
  2. Go to the tab named “Detail”.
  3. Delete the first 2 rows.
  4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
  5. Export this tab as a CSV file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.


Music Reports (Amazon Music Unlimited)

  1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
  2. Go to the tab named “Detail”.
  3. Delete the first 3 rows.
  4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
  5. Export this tab as a CSV file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.


Music Reports (Pandora)

  1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
  2. Go to the tab named “Detail”.
  3. Delete the first 2 rows.
  4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
  5. Export this tab as a CSV file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.


Music Reports (SoundCloud)

  1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
  2. Go to the tab named “Monthly Statement Detail”.
  3. Verify that the column headers are located on row 1.
  4. Export this tab as a CSV file.
  5. Go to the tab named “Cumulative Statement Detail”.
  6. Verify that the column headers are located on row 1.
  7. Export this tab as a second CSV file.

Each CSV file must be processed as a separate Royalty Statement Income.


Music Reports (TikTok)

  1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
  2. Go to the tab named “Detail”.
  3. Delete the first 2 rows.
  4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
  5. Export this tab as a CSV file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
