Specific instructions for Praise Charts Statements

Praise Charts

Praise Charts provides Excel files containing multiple tabs. Only one tab contains the data compatible with Reprtoir and must be exported separately.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Go to the tab named “PayoutTypeRollUp 1”.
3. Export this tab alone in CSV format.
4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
5. Save the file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
