Subscription

Subscribing to Reprtoir

To subscribe to Reprtoir, click on your profile picture at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left of the Workspace, then click on "Settings" in the list, which will open a new window in your browser.

From the "Settings" window, click on the "Billing" section in the navigation menu, then click on "Subscription".

Step 1: Plan & Period

Choose a billing period between a monthly or yearly payment and Select a Plan.

Yearly payment gives two significant advantages:

  1. Saving 1-month free
  2. Using Royalty Processing quota over the year

Step 2: Billing

Enter your Company or Contact billing information which will be used for invoicing.

Address *The Company or Contact's Address (Mandatory)
Country *The Company or Contact's Country (Mandatory)
VAT ID *The Company VAT ID (Mandatory for EU companies)

Step 3: Payment Method

Add a Payment Method and follow the security process with our bank.

Card number *The Card's Number (Mandatory)
Expiration date (MM/YY) *The Card's Expiration date (MM/YY) (Mandatory)
CVC *The Card's CVC (Mandatory)

Step 4: Payment

Proceed to the payment.

Step 5: Current Subscription

If your account has subscribed to Reprtoir, "Current Subscription" indicates the current subscription for the account.


Updating a Plan

To update a subscription, click on your profile picture at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left of the Workspace, then click on "Settings" in the list, which will open a new window in your browser.

From the "Settings" window, click on the "Billing" section in the navigation menu, click on "Subscription", and then click on the "Update Plan" button.

Choose between a monthly or yearly payment, select a new Plan, and follow the updating process.

The new Plan will be immediately activated in proportion to the days remaining in the current period.

Good to know

Downgrading a Plan or the billing period from annual to monthly is not yet possible for users. If you wish to downgrade, please get in touch with us, and we'll do it for you.


Canceling a Subscription

We are always disappointed when a customer cancels their subscription, and we are at your disposal if you wish to let us know of your dissatisfaction or the problems that lead you to make this decision.

As far as possible, we will try to help you as best we can by bringing you solutions.

To cancel a subscription, click on your profile picture at the bottom of the navigation menu on the left of the Workspace, then click on "Settings" in the list, which will open a new window in your browser.

From the "Settings" window, click on the "Billing" section in the navigation menu, click on "Subscription", and then click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

Please note that the current Plan will remain active until the end of the month.
