Specific instructions for PIAS Statements

PIAS

PIAS statements include additional header rows and a duplicated header line that must be removed so the file can be correctly interpreted during import.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Delete the first 9 rows of the file.
3. Delete the second line of the column headers.
4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
5. Save the file in CSV format.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
