Specific instructions for Spotify Statements

Spotify delivers statements in a text format that requires minimal preparation before import.

Follow these steps:

1. Rename the file extension from “.txt” to “.csv”.
2. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
3. Delete the first four rows of the file.
4. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
5. Save the file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Important note during mapping

At the Mapping Data step, do not use the “Payable invoice” column, as it may mix amounts in multiple currencies.

Always select the column that explicitly indicates the currency of your Organization, for example “Payable USD”.
