Specific instructions for Ingrooves Statements

Ingrooves

Ingrooves delivers royalty statements in Excel files containing multiple tabs. Reprtoir can only process a single, flat data table per Income, so the file must be prepared before import.

Only the tab containing detailed digital sales data must be kept.

File preparation

1. Log in to your Ingrooves account.
2. Go to the “Finances” menu.
3. Click the “Statements” section.
4. Download the “Digital Sales Report” for the relevant period.

Then prepare the file:

1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Go to the tab named “Digital Sales Details”.
3. In the “Digital Sales Details” tab, delete any empty rows at the bottom of the file, including total or summary rows if present.
4. Export the “Digital Sales Details” tab as a CSV file.

The exported CSV file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
