CWR Settings
"CWR" (for "Common Works Registration") is a data format and protocol created by CISAC (International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers) to register musical works with CMOs.
The "CWR" settings page allows to set up of company CWR Sender information to export CWR files from Reprtoir.
Where are the CWR settings?
Navigate to the left menu in the Workspace. Select your profile picture at the bottom. Click on "Settings". This will open a new tab. Under the "Parameters" section, select "CWR".
Set up CWR Exports
Reprtoir supports CWR 2.1 file exports, including "Own" and "Collection" shares by country.
To set up CWR Exports for your account, go to the navigation menu at the left of the Workspace, click on your profile picture at the bottom, and click on the "Settings" list.
That will open a new tab in your browser. On this page, the Settings are organized under Sections. Click on the "Parameters" link, and click on the "CWR" list.
On this page, the following fields are editable:

Sender ID | Enter your Organization "Sender ID" (a 9 or 10-digits CWR IPI #) |
Sender Name | Enter your Organization's name |
Sender Code | Enter your Organization's "Sender Code" (a 2 or 3-char code for Music Publishers or a 3-digit code for Collective Society |
Once filled in, to save the CWR Export, click on the orange "Save" button at the bottom right window. To cancel, refresh the page.
