Specific instructions for P.R.O. Agency Statements

P.R.O. Agency

P.R.O. Agency statements include non data rows at the top of the file that must be removed before import.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Delete the first 4 rows of the file, including the logo.
3. Verify that the column headers are now located on row 1.
4. Save the file.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
