Ownership or Control Share
Indicate the global percentage that your company owns or controls. This field is optional and only serves as internal documentation. It is never used in CWR-related exports.
Worldwide Ownership and Collection Shares
This is where you actually build the Rights for the Work by declaring contributors, roles, ownership, and collection rules.
Tip: If you need guidance on how to structure and enter Rights data in Reprtoir, check out our Use Cases section. The examples there illustrate common publishing, co-publishing, sub-publishing, and administration scenarios, all fully CWR compliant.
