Specific instructions for Symphonic Distribution Statements

Symphonic Distribution

Symphonic Distribution may deliver malformed CSV files that cannot be parsed correctly by Reprtoir in their original state. The file structure itself is usually correct, but requires a clean re save to normalize the encoding.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Do not modify any values, columns, or structure.
3. Simply save the file again in CSV format.

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
