Specific instructions for Traxsource Statements

Traxsource

Traxsource delivers royalty statements in Excel format with multiple tabs. Only the “Sales Details” tab contains the data required for royalty processing.

You must export this tab alone before import.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Excel file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
2. Navigate to the tab named “Sales Details”.
3. Export this tab alone in CSV format.

The exported CSV file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
