Specific instructions for Believe Statements

Believe

Believe statement files are language dependent. If the interface language is not set correctly, column names will differ and the file cannot be mapped reliably during import.

In addition, the default export configuration is missing a required classification column. Both points must be addressed before exporting the file.

These issues originate from the Believe Backstage export configuration, not from Reprtoir.

Required configuration before export

Before generating any report, make sure that:

Your Believe Backstage profile default language is set to “English”
The required columns are explicitly added to the export

Export procedure

Follow these steps exactly in the Believe Backstage interface:

Log in to Believe Backstage.
Verify that the default language of your profile is set to “English”.
When generating a report, click the “Default Columns” button.
Click the “Add Column” button.
Add the column named “Streaming Subscription Type”.
Export the report.

Do not open, edit, or resave the file after export, as this may alter numeric or date formats.

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
