Purpose of the Review Before Calculation Step

The “Review Before Calculation” step provides a final summary of all corrections and decisions applied during previous steps.

It allows you to verify the exact state of the data that will be used for calculation.

This is the last checkpoint before the calculation becomes operational.

What happens during this step

At this stage, Reprtoir displays a consolidated view of:

• validated statement data
• applied corrections
• applied Rules
• quarantined lines
• accepted lines and amounts

No processing occurs during this step.

It is a read only summary.

What the user should pay attention to

Before proceeding, you should verify:

• that the correct Statement Template is used
• that the number of quarantined lines is expected
• that accepted amounts look coherent
• that no blocking issue remains unnoticed

This step does not allow corrections.

If something is wrong, you must go back to a previous step.

Relationship with Other Steps

Review Before Calculation occurs after “Handling Data Errors” and before “Calculation”.

It summarizes all prior decisions before irreversible processing.
