Selecting Rows
In Reprtoir, you can select one or multiple rows in lists (Works, Tracks, Contracts, etc.) to perform bulk actions such as editing, exporting, or deleting.
The selection logic works just like in Finder on macOS or File Explorer on Windows, so it should feel natural if you’re familiar with those systems.
Select All Rows
Press ⌥ Alt + A (macOS) or Ctrl + A (Windows) to highlight all rows currently displayed in the list.
Select a Range of Rows
Click on the first row of the range, then hold ⇧ Shift and click on the last row. All rows in between will be selected automatically.
Select or Deselect Individual Rows
Click once on a row to select it. Hold ⌘ Command (macOS) or Ctrl (Windows) while clicking on other rows to add them to your selection. To deselect, hold the same key and click again on a selected row.
👉 Once your selection is ready, you can right-click (or use the action bar) to apply bulk actions to all selected rows
Apply Actions to the Entire List
You can also apply actions to the entire list at once, regardless of pagination, and whether the list is filtered or not. To do this, use the "Action" button located above the list. The available options may differ from the bulk actions accessible through the selection menu.
