How to send Assets?

◼ 1. Set up a secure connexion

To send Assets to a Recipient's Reprtoir Account, you must establish a secured connexion between your Reprtoir Account and the targeted Recipient. Go to the Reprtoir Inbox settings to learn more.

◼ 2. Sending Assets

📘

Reprtoir Inbox can take charge of any Asset (Tracks, Albums, Videos, and Works), but for illustration purposes, this section illustrates how to send Albums from your Account to another Account.

To send an Album to a Recipient's Reprtoir Account, go to the navigation menu located at the left of the Workspace, click on the "Catalog Management" icon, browse to the "Assets" section, and click on the "Albums" list.

Select one or more Albums in the list, right-click (or, when hovering over the Tracks, click on the three dots on the right side), and then click on the "Send to another Account" action in the opened contextual menu.

This will open a pop-up window at the right of the Workspace to enter the necessary data to configure sending. To learn more about the data sent, click here.

◼ 3. Manage and monitor sharing

To manage and monitor sharing, go to the navigation menu located at the left of the Workspace, click on the "Music Sharing" icon, browse to the "Reprtoir Outbox" section, and click on the "Reprtoir Outbox" list.
