Specific instructions for A Train Entertainment Statements

A Train Entertainment (Digital)

Follow these steps to prepare your CSV file for upload to Reprtoir:

  1. Open the file in a Spreadsheet software like Excel, LibreOffice, or Numbers.
  2. Ensure no changes are made to the file, then save it in CSV format.
  3. Your CSV file is now ready for upload to Reprtoir.

ADA Music UK by SR1

ADA Music Statement needs to be cleaned and exported in CSV format before trying to upload it.

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Go to the "Digital Sales" tab
  3. Delete the "total line" at the bottom of the file
  4. Export the "Digital Sales" tab in CSV format

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

BBTV

BBTV does not always provide video (YouTube ID) or track (ISRC) identifiers, and sometimes even the title of the video or track, on each line of its royalty statements. We ignore these lines because we can't identify them. Please get in touch with us before using it.

Beatport

Beatport does not always mention UPCs and ISRCs as sales transaction IDs, potentially leading to more manual corrections than with another provider. This is the reason why we provide two different mapping methods for Beatport:

  • Choose "Beatport (Track identification based on the ISRC/UPC pair)" so that the data in the analysis tools are perfectly accurate. The inconvenience is that you should then take the time to correct the errors manually. We strongly recommend this method.

  • Choose "Beatport (ISRC-based track identification)" if you do not wish to make these corrections. In this case, the system will automatically attribute the transaction to the first track (and, therefore, the associated album) created in the system, which can potentially distort the data analytics. Although the financial data will be accurate, we do not recommend this method.

Believe

Go to the Believe Backstage and set up "English" as the default language of your profile.

When you generate a report:

  1. Click on the "Default Columns" button
  2. Click on the "Add Column" button
  3. Choose "Streaming Subscription Type"
  4. Export

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Broken Silence

To correctly process the sales data, follow these steps:

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Locate the “summary physical sales” block by finding the exact row that contains the following label: "summary physical sales"
  3. Keep only the relevant block by starting from this row (inclusive), keep all subsequent rows, including the column headers and all data belonging to the "summary physical sales" section.
  4. Delete all unrelated rows
    1. Remove all rows above the "summary physical sales" block, including all previous sections such as national, international, and digital statements.
    2. Remove all rows below the last line of data from the "summary physical sales table (usually right before the "statement digital" section or any trailing empty rows).
  5. Save the cleaned file in UTF-8 CSV format, using the same delimiter as in the original file (typically a comma or tab).

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Additional Notes

  • Do not modify the column headers in the “summary physical sales” block.
  • Ensure that the final file contains no empty rows or unrelated content before or after the table.
  • The resulting CSV must be structured as a clean, tabular dataset, ready for import or parsing.

Demon Music Group

Demon Music Group provides files in Excel format (.xlsx) that do not permit identifying Tracks sales from Albums sales.

Here is the method to make these files compatible with Reprtoir:

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Filter the column "Configuration" (X) on "DIYT" records
  3. Look at the column "Product Code" (AA):
  • when you see a UPC, replace "DIYT" with "DIYT-A" in the "Configuration" column
  • when you see an ISRC, replace "DIYT" with "DIYT-T" in the "Configuration" column
  1. Save in the same format as the original file.

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Distrokid

  1. Go to the Distrokid back office
  2. Choose "Sale Date" reports
  3. Export

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

EPM

EPM provides files in Excel (.xlsx) format without column headers.

You will need to prepare your file by following this method:

  1. Delete empty columns
  2. Add 1 row at the top of the file
  3. Copy the names below in the cells respecting the name and the order of the columns
  4. Save in CSV format

Feiyr

From the Feyir account, please do not use the "insert date" option when you export a Statement.

The exported file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Identifyy

Identifyy provides both Master and Publishing royalties in a single file.

To process these, create two separate Incomes using the same file—one for Track Royalties and the other for Work Royalties.

The combined net total of both incomes should match the amount you received.

Ingrooves

Ingrooves provides Excel (.xlsx) format files with multiple tabs, which Reprtoir cannot handle. Follow the procedure below to make these files compatible with the system.

Access your Ingrooves account, click on the "Finances" menu, then click on the "Statements" submenu. From this page, download the "Digital Sales Report" type file for the month you want to process.

  1. Go to your Ingrooves account
  2. Click on the "Finances" menu
  3. Click on the "Statements" submenu
  4. Download the "Digital Sales Report" type file for the month you want to process.

You must now modify this file before importing it into the system:

  1. Open the file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Remove all tabs except "Digital Sales Details" (don't change anything else)
  3. In the "Digital Sales Details" tab, delete all empty rows (including the total row) at the very bottom at the end of the file
  4. Save in the same format as the original file

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

IPF

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Delete the 1st column
  3. Delete the first nine rows
  4. Save

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

JauneOrange

  1. Open the XLSX file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Delete the first row of the "PayoutTypeRollUp 1" tab and export it in CSV format.

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Luna Negra

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Delete the first four rows
  3. Save

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

MLC - Mechanical Licensing Collective

MLC provides TSV (.tsv) files that you need to change to CSV (.csv).

To convert a file from MLC, rename the suffix from "yourfile**.tsv**" to "yourfile**.csv**".

The file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Music Reports

Music Reports provides Excel (.xls) files with multiple tabs, a format that Reprtoir cannot process directly. Follow the steps below to make these files compatible with the system.

General Steps:

  1. Open the file in spreadsheet software (Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.).
  2. Apply the specific modifications for each type of report (see below).
  3. Export the required tabs in CSV format.

Specific Modifications by Report:

  • "Music Reports (Amazon Cloud Player)": delete the first two rows then export the "Detail" tab in CSV format.
  • "Music Reports (Amazon Music Unlimited)": delete the first three rows then export the "Detail" tab in CSV format.
  • "Music Reports (Pandora)": delete the first two rows then export the "Detail" tab in CSV format.
  • "Music Reports (SoundCloud)": Export the "Monthly Statement Detail" and "Cumulative Statement Detail" tabs each into separate CSV files.
  • "Music Reports (TikTok)": delete the first two rows then export the "Detail" tab in CSV format.

The file is now ready to be imported into Reprtoir.

Others Audio/Videos (Generic Template)

Although this solution is recommended for advanced users only, you can ingest any Statements from a Provider that is not yet integrated. You can map the columns of the original file by yourself or download a template to fill in with your data:

Praise Charts provides Excel (.xls) files with multiple tabs, a format that Reprtoir cannot process directly. Follow the steps below to make these files compatible with the system.

General Steps:

  1. Open the file in spreadsheet software (Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.).
  2. Export the "PayoutTypeRollUp 1" tab in CSV format

The file is now ready to be imported into Reprtoir.

P.R.O. Agency

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Delete the first four rows and the logo
  3. Save

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

SACEM

  1. Connect to the member area of your SACEM portal
  2. Go to "Ma répartition" > "Mes fichiers de répartition"
  3. Download the ZIP file(s)
  4. Unzip a file on your desktop

The exported files containing "File_PHONO_Fichier" and "File_DEDR_Fichier" are now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Sentric (Provided by Utopia)

Sentric statements provided by Utopia need custom Sale Types. Please get in touch with us before using it.

Spotify

  1. Rename the file suffix from .txt to .csv
  2. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.l
  3. Delete the first four rows
  4. Save

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

At the mapping stage, be careful not to use the "Payable invoice" because this column mixes income in different currencies. Choose the column that indicates in its name the currency of your Organization (for example, "Payable USD").

Symphonic Distribution

Sometimes, Symphonic Distribution provides malformed CSV files. Follow the procedure below to make these files compatible with the system:

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Without changing anything in the file, save it in CSV format.

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Traxsource

Traxsource provides Excel (.xls) files with multiple tabs, a format that Reprtoir cannot process directly. Follow the steps below to make these files compatible with the system.

  1. Open the file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Remove all tabs except "Sales Details" (don't change anything else)
  3. Save in the same format as the original file

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

The State51 Conspiracy

The State51 conspiracy provides malformed CSV files that contain duplicate and empty columns with the same header name. You need to remove these to ensure our mapper can correctly match the data. Follow the procedure below to make these files compatible with the system:

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Delete the following empty columns from the downloaded Statement. These columns are duplicates. Keep the first one and delete the second one:
    • Total
    • Tax Unit
    • Tax Total
    • Unit Net
    • Total Net
    • Mech Base
    • Mech Unit
    • Mech Total
    • Tot Net - Mech
    • Deduct 1
    • Deduct 2
    • Unit Rlty
    • Share Base
    • Royalty
  3. Save

Universal Music Group USA

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.
  2. Delete the first seven rows and the last orphan lines (Activity, No records found) of the downloaded Statement
  3. Save

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

Warner Canada (Foreign Sales)

  1. Open the CSV file in spreadsheet software such as Excel, LibreOffice, Numbers, etc.,
  2. Go to the bottom of the file and delete the rows that contain comments or totals
  3. Save as CSV

The saved file is now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.

YouTube CMS

YouTube provides many ad and subscription revenue reports in various formats.

To download the Reprtoir supported files from your YouTube CMS, go to the Reports > Financial Reports then:

  • select Ads Revenues > Version 1.1 and download the "Asset" file.
  • select Subscription Revenues > Version 1.1. and download the "Asset" file.

These downloaded files are now ready to be uploaded to Reprtoir.
