  • Employee-exclusive applications.

Restrictions

Without Reprtoir's prior consent, the API must not be utilized for:

  • Creating public-facing websites or applications, whether for B2B or B2C engagements.
  • External commercial ventures: the API is not for developing services or products for external sale or distribution.
  • Streaming services: leveraging the API for public or commercial streaming services demands a specific agreement.

API use for these restricted purposes is permitted only within a sandbox environment, where functionalities can be tested and developed without impacting real-world operations.

Extended Use Authorization

Clients interested in employing the API beyond its intended internal use or sandbox testing must seek authorization from Reprtoir, providing details such as:

Each request will be assessed individually, and written approval will be required. Terms, potentially including consumption-based fees for queries and traffic, will be specified.

Consequences of Non-compliance

Reprtoir actively monitors and reviews API utilization. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to API access suspension or termination, in addition to any legal measures Reprtoir deems necessary to safeguard its interests.

Amendments to the Policy

Reprtoir reserves the right to update these guidelines as necessary. Any such amendments upon their issuance will bind users.
